Return Policy and Product Warranty Information: We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee to cover all return shipping costs and all other costs associated with a merchandise return due to customer error, such as cancellation of an order that was already shipped or a return of merchandise that was ordered incorrectly by the customer (by our judgment). All returns or requests for returns must happen within 60 days of receipt of the merchandise. Otherwise the return may be refused, unless it involves a warranty issue or a product defect. Any discrepancies on an order such as a shortage in the order or incorrect merchandise shipped must also be initiated within 60 days of receipt of the merchandise. All non-customized merchandise is returnable for a full refund of the value of the product if unused. Customer must pay return shipping charges. Most all used merchandise is not returnable. However, if used merchandise is deemed returnable, it will likely be assed a "wear fee" of some type and the credit given will be based on the amount of wear and the overall resale ability of the product-- To be determined after received back here and inspected by White Distributors. If there is a defect in the product, call us at 1-800-841-4685 for exact return details. Some manufacturers have specific return policies on defective merchandise and require that it be returned directly to them. Returning defective merchandise to us without contacting us first may add a considerable amount of time to the settlement process. Customized shirts and caps, etc. are not returnable. However, if there is a spelling error on our part, we will fix them at no charge to the customer. Call for specific instructions on any defective clothing return. Any merchandise returned without prior approval will be subject to a minimum of 25% restocking fee. Restocking fees could be higher, depending on return costs to the OEM-- You can avoid some or all of these fees by contacting us first for exact return procedures. Wording of Warranty Statement for all 21 models of horseshoes manufactured by White Distributors (also covers Alan Francis & Cal-Flip Horseshoes): THOROUGHBRED & IMPERIAL STATEMENT OF GUARANTEE (Policy Effective 08/09/02)These pitching shoes are guaranteed by White Distributors against material defect breakage for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. For this guarantee to be valid, the broken shoe/shoes must be returned (customer pays return freight) during the warranty period and this purchase must also be on record with White Distributors. We suggest keeping the original carton for ease of shipping. After thoroughly examining the break and finding to be a manufacturer’s defect, we will immediately replace them with a new matched set. The minimum warranty period on all replacement shoes is 30 days. We will follow the above procedure up to three times during the one year warranty period. For the fourth replacement and beyond, we consider this to be abnormal wear. Therefore, in the instance of a fourth replacement request, and all subsequent requests, the customer must also include a check or money order for $15.00 to receive this replacement pair. For the fourth replacement pair and beyond, if any of these replacement shoes should break during the first 30 days, they will be replaced without assessing the $15.00 abnormal wear fee. In order to confirm and validate this agreement, you must fill out and return the warranty registration form to the address below within 60 days of the original purchase date. Retain the top portion for proof of purchase and registration. All direct purchases from White Distributors are already recorded and filed. So, this requirement only applies to buyers who purchased these shoes from a source other than White Distributors. If received as a gift, you must submit this form listing the person who gave them to you as the dealer and marking “gift” next to their name-- We will then update our records accordingly. If broken shoes are found to have been damaged by any means other than normal use, for instance: scoring, improper filing, welding, grinding, etc., then this warranty is null and void.
