Typical format (subject to change-- tournament committee will vote on final 2005 format prior to the tournament):  The top eight percentage pitchers from the classes A, B & C in the 40’ division will advance to the 40’ championship class. The top eight percentage pitchers from the classes A, B & C in the 30’ adult division.  They will compete for the same prize fund in each division and will play an 8 player round robin on Sunday afternoon.  In the event of a rain out of the first round of play, the championship classes will be pitched as scheduled and the top eight players at each distance (according to entering ringer %) will be automatically seeded as the championship classes in each division.  We have again added a substantial amount of money to the prize fund to attract additional players. We also expect to have one of the best fields in the championship classes that we’ve ever had. The above payouts, as listed, are already guaranteed and we are continuing to seek additional sponsorship funding through program ad sales, ticket sales, etc. You can help this to happen by simply buying a raffle ticket or two. Our raffle ticket sales add money directly to the prize fund for the lower classes only!  Last year we were able to pay four places because of the ticket sales. This year's ticket cost is $5.00 or 3 for $10 with a grand prize of $500 plus many other cash awards.  Contact Sally (814-825-0666) for tickets or send additional money for tickets with entry.  (see entry form for further details)
