Ordering Information
(S & H information is listed below but please read this first.) For fastest service, call our toll free number above and place your order using your credit card (Have your card #, and expiration date ready when you call). All other orders, please send a personal check or money order made payable to: White Distributors These orders will ship as soon as we get your order form with your payment. All items in this catalog are generally in stock and ready for shipment! Some clothing items can take four to six weeks. If there is a particular item or brand of horseshoes that you are looking for and didn’t see in this catalog, call our office at 1-814-835-6881 any afternoon (noon to 5 PM). We can usually get just about anything related to horseshoe pitching. If we can’t get it, we’ll do our best to help you find it! If you are in a hurry for the items you are ordering, call us and check stock before ordering. We generally ship daily, Monday through Friday, and primarily use UPS. If you need to receive an order before a specific date, you must place your order at least two weeks prior to that date and please inform us of the deadline, so we can service you best. Miracles are still possible, but we prefer to have enough time to do it right at the least amount of expense to you. Any order can be expedited using UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air , or UPS Next Day Air Services. Obviously, there are extra fees for this, so you must call for an exact quote. All Christmas orders must realistically be placed by December 19th to receive them before the 24th. After the 10th, you may need expedited service such as 3-day select, 2nd day air or overnight shipping to be sure to get it on time. Call us to find out status on Christmas shipping after 12/19. Shipping & Handling Fees (Normal Ground Rates) For Horseshoes:
Diamond Super Ringer Set with Stakes (Item #55-055): Add $19.25 S & H S & H on a complete set of any two pair of horseshoes (normally packed as a single pair) plus our 30" steel stakes combined in one order is $24.75-- saves you $4.35 (at least) when ordering together. For Accessories: All accessories have individual S & H fees of $6.80, except for items noted below. When ordering a combination of up to 4 of the following accessories: video, either file, Pit Boss, All-In-One or Measure All the S & H fee is only $7.25. For more than 4 of these, it is $12.75. S & H fees for Pro-Picks (Qty of 1 - 3 is $6.80 & 4+ is $12.00) is always separate and added to any of the above fees because they are too long and must always be shipped separately from other items. Steel stakes have a per pair flat rate S & H fee of $16.25 which is always separate and added to any of the above fees because they are long, heavy and always shipped separately from other items. S & H fee on one Nylon Carrying Bag is $7.25 Clothing Items: S & H fee for any combination of shirts and caps (up to 3 of each) is $8.65.
Add an additional $2.00 per shirt and/or $.80 per cap when exceeding 3 clothing items on an order. Orders exceeding 12 pair of horseshoes or 20 lbs. of accessories, will get a special quote-- please call us at 814-835-6881 to get exact rates on large orders. Keep in mind that the rates posted above are maximum charges-- If the fees to your area are significantly lower, you may see a reduced rate. Mail orders must use the above rates when ordering-- We will issue a refund check immediately for any reduced S & H fees or any overpayment of any kind. When ordering both horseshoes and accessories, you must calculate S & H fees for horseshoes separate from the accessories and then add them together to get the exact total of S & H fees.
