Merchandise Return Request Form
Please fill out the form below with as much detail as possible, submit it to us and we will respond with further instructions after reviewing the request. Upon approval, we will reply with an email containing a pre-paid return shipping label, via either US Postal or UPS. Just print it, then apply it to the package, then return it to us. For postal, you can send through your postal carrier or drop at any US Post Office counter. For UPS, you can drop the package at any UPS Store or UPS Center, or give it to a UPS driver picking up/delivering at your workplace.
If you’ve broken a horseshoe that’s under warranty, please go to this page: Warranty Registration and follow the instructions there under the “replacement shoe warranty” heading.
